Moment ships to all 50 states but not internationally. They also offer their own guidance from medical doctors if you prefer that route instead of my gut and hormone rehab program. You can’t go wrong either way in my opinion. Though subscribing to Moment is more expensive with a monthly fee.

Do I have to have a hormone lab to buy this gut and hormone rehab program?
You don’t need a DUTCH or Blood Spot lab to buy my program. However, if you don’t have these tests, the customized program will rely on your new client form and symptoms, without specific diagnostic values. The price remains the same.
Do you interpret any other diagnostic labs?
No. I am happy to look at your other labs but I do not formally interpret them or give nutritional advice based on them.
Does the $275 include any lab kits?
The $275 fee for the gut and hormone rehab program covers the interpretation and recommendations of your existing DUTCH or Blood Spot lab; it does not include diagnostic labs. Please note that your labs must not be older than one year.
Do we ever speak live in a zoom or phone consultation for this gut and hormone rehab program?
The gut and hormone rehab program does not include live phone or Zoom consultations. It is conducted solely through online correspondence, and there is no scheduled date and time for a meeting with me.
How old does my DUTCH have to be for you to review it?
Your lab results should not be older than one year.
When does the 3 weeks free email correspondence with you begin?
3 weeks free email correspondence begins on the email date that you receive your finished interpretation and recommendations from me.
Do you take health insurance?
I do NOT take insurance but I believe Moment offers a SuperBill for their lab and I believe both companies can provide itemized receipts for the lab. I can also offer an itemized receipt for my program.
Why don’t you offer refunds?
No refunds are available once you’ve received your PDF program and documents. However, I’m open to refunds if I haven’t completed the interpretation and recommendations yet. Creating these personalized programs involves hours of study and customization to meet your needs. My fees are fair and reasonable for the value provided.
What if I have questions about the testing and processing and shipping of the labs?
Any questions regarding the testing, shipping or processing of the test kits must be directed to Moment or Precision Analytical.

If you aren’t a doctor how can you read diagnostic labs?
You don’t need a medical degree to grasp lab results. While I can’t interpret all labs, I’ve had extensive training with DUTCH complete over the past 6 years and have interpreted over 200 labs in the last year alone. Blood spot labs are quite straightforward and don’t require extensive training to understand.
Why did you stop offering the DUTCH lab yourself?
I discovered that handling order placement and answering processing, shipping, and testing questions was making the process more cumbersome and time-consuming for me. Additionally, I faced price changes from Precision, which left me vulnerable when clients sent in their samples months after purchasing the test at the previous price, resulting in me being charged the new, higher prices set by Precision Analytical.
Why don’t you read other Precision Analytical products like the cycle mapping and DUTCH plus?
While I can interpret these tests, my training primarily focuses on their flagship test. These comprehensive hormone labs require in-depth knowledge to interpret accurately. I share the same perspective regarding their other products – without extensive training, offering interpretation would be a disservice due to the specific lab’s complexity.
Why don’t you do live phone consultations any longer?
After almost two decades as a health educator, I faced burnout from weekly podcasting and lengthy live consultations exceeding one hour per client. I noticed that clients often didn’t retain the information, leading me to email the discussed details afterward. Email conversations made it easier for both reference and retention of important information.
