Happy New Year everyone. In this welcome back episode, Cat and Mark bring in the New Year with a talk about a little scare that Cat went through over the holidays. Which led to Cat receiving a blood transfusion. Shocker yes, I know.
Even the best of us are susceptible to having complications of one sort of another. We remind everyone that no matter how much we take care of ourselves, eat right and take precautions, sometimes things do happen that are out of our control and necessary measure need to be taken.
